Origin & Background
This distinctive rum was produced from locally fermented molasses made from Belizean sugar cane and distilled on column stills. After initial ageing under tropical conditions, it was further matured in ex-Bourbon casks in Scotland, allowing an intriguing balance of Caribbean fruitiness and oaky refinement to develop.
