Bougainville Single Cask 2015 is a bold and expressive limited edition rum made from 100% Mauritian molasses, bottled as a true single cask release. Aged for seven years in a carefully selected Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry cask, this expression delivers remarkable depth, structure, and balance.

Produced in Mauritius through cool molasses fermentation at 18–24°C over 10 to 14 days, the process allows rich aromatic development before distillation. The rum is distilled in small batches using 400-litre hybrid copper stills, creating a powerful and highly aromatic spirit. After distillation, it is casked at 70% ABV and slowly reduced over six months to its final bottling strength of 50%, preserving purity and intensity while maintaining refinement.
