Production begins with fresh first-press sugarcane juice, followed by cool fermentation at 18–20°C for 8 to 14 days to preserve aromatic purity and freshness. Distillation takes place in small batches of 400 liters using four hybrid copper stills equipped with catalytic converters, producing a distinctive distillate at approximately 80% ABV. The rum is filled into casks at 70% and left to mature slowly over a decade, allowing depth, colour, and opulent flavour development.
